NanoAgri Systems

Pictured is our newest nano coating machinery the NAC1P.  This machine is a single stage portable system capable of coating solid surfaces with a 12 inch wide width.  The surface will be protected with an antimicrobial coating that adheres by matching the chemistry of the coating with the chemistry of the surface being coated.  Nano Coating materials are delivered through a NanoSpraySM *Combustion deposition process for antimicrobial coatings. nanoAGRITM Antimicrobial Coatings use this innovative process that can produce an aerosol of controlled size down to sub-micron range from 0.002 to 1 L/min flow rates without any atomizing gas. The ability to produce ultra small-size droplets with narrow size distribution is of critical importance to nanoAGRITM Antimicrobial Coatings processes, where precursor solutions are converted to a fine mist that is efficiently combusted for this nano film deposition applications. This patented process is used by nanoAGRITM to coat antimicrobials onto the selected surfaces.
